Thank you for your reply. I’ve updated everything that I could find in the documentation docs. However, I still have a few more questions:

• What’s the difference between the normal embeddings of the GPT-4 chatbot and the OpenAI assistant with the Pinecone database?
• I enabled the content aware (CONTENT) function so that the chatbot can crawl the whole page. But how can I just let the chatbot know of all the products, blogs and back-end information of products? It still doesn’t give the right information as what’s on the website when I test it.
• When I test the chatbot after adding all the embeddings, it gives lower scores to the correct ones and higher scores to incorrect ones. How do I increase that accuracy so that it uses the right embedding for an answer?
• Can the chatbot on the website also give URLs with hyperlinks, or anchor text with links behind it? So that I don’t have to copy and paste the whole URL in the embedding and the customer can click through to the right page faster.

It only happens every 10 or 20 orders. Mostly with product id 38685 and occasionally with product id 24591.

The same payment method is being used (IDEAL). However, IDEAL is also used in 95% of all the payments being received. So it’s not like one particular payment method is causing this.

This problem mainly happens with 2 products (ID 38685 and 24591). But this is also mainly because these 2 products are the most sold.

I don’t have any 50% discount coupons enabled or any “buy one get one free” action enabled.

I also see now that the description is displayed 3 times. The first time after ‘description’ it’s correct. The second and third time (Final attributes and Raw feed attributes: Content API) it’s displayed like in the screenshot with the code language.

Moreover, is there a way to synchronize all product GTIN numbers at one time? I have a file with every product name and their EAN, but don’t know how to automatically upload that for example to Google shopping.

Hi,

I use Astra Pro theme. Do I need to insert this code in the normal Astra theme file or in my Astra child theme file? Because when I update the theme version this code will be gone then right?

Also, I checked the PHP memory limit at Tools > site health > info > server. Here it says that my maximum PHP limit already is 2048M. Does this mean that this isn’t the problem that causes the bulk editor to not work?

Thank you for your reply. I also tried bulk editing products.

For example, I needed to change the category of 200 products. But, the bulk editor doesn’t work. I need to manually change check and uncheck the category of every product every time. The bulk editor also doesn’t work when I try to change the product tag for multiple products at the same time, only one by one.

Do you know why this doesn’t work and how to solve it? That saves me a lot of time.

I also inserted this custom code from chatGPT in the functions.php file of my child theme (https://docs.google.com/document/d/18jim2iRZMoSydN_fuMZXnJezSd6dyaqvxIgyyubOCs0/edit?usp=sharing) to display 8 related products automatically on every product page. But it shows only the ‘Banken’ category every time, regardless of the category of the product show. Perhaps you know what causes this or how to solve this. So that 8 real related products from the same category are shown.

   I also have another website with the same theme and there the discounted price is red. I haven’t changed anything for it there, so I thought this was normal in this theme.

3. It still shows 3 related products everywhere. Even with products that are not related. See screenshot:

I adjusted the layout settings of the button to vertical.? I also tried connecting the sandbox PayPal account. It seems to somehow work now if I change my location with VPN. The right?smart buttons appear based on the VPN location.?

I have a few more questions:

1. The buttons appear correctly now. Is there a possibility to have the IDEAL button on top? Most customers use IDEAL and are from the Netherlands. I want to keep the checkout process as short as?possible and reduce abandonments.?

2. Moreover, I’d like to have the language in Dutch. For example, the ‘buy now’ should be ‘bestelling plaatsen en betalen’, ‘powered by PayPal’ and the ‘ you accept the terms and privacy statement of PayPal’. Can this also be changed??

3. How do I see what payment method is used? It only shows the transaction ID but noting else.

4. Where do the payments from the alternative payment methods come in? In my PayPal business account?

5. How can I get the smart buttons as a whole visible? The right side is now not visible and it falls of the page.

6. A few times payments were cancelled due to ‘invalid payee e-mail’ or ‘invalid merchant e-mail’. I checked this but the e-mail seems right and the setting ‘Don’t use WC checkout form information for billing’ setting is also enabled. I also reconnected my PayPal account. How to solve this?

7. I also received one payment today in my WooCommerce account. It was paid with PayPal, but the payment hasn’t come in in my PayPal balance (like it usually comes in directly and like other orders). Before the smart buttons of the APM’s, this used to come in immediately.

I tried excluding the checkout page from the Javascript optimizing setting in my speed optimization plugins. I also tried disabling every plugin I have, I tried on different browsers, on different devices and different people tried from different locations. I also disabled the vaulting setting. Nothing worked.

I can see the PayPal smart button and it loads correctly on every browser and with every try. But the alternative payment methods are still not showing.

How do I find the jQuery console error?

It’s resolved. in the WP Rocket plugin I disabled the ‘make Javascript files smaller by removing white spaces’ option.
