Hi
No I don’t see scheduled in the list, but my client insists that previously when a scheduled post was published they did used to get an email.
Hi Kasia
My apologies, I forgot about the Coming Soon page. I’ve copied the website to staging and removed the Coming Soon.
Go to https://staging.adderleyheritage.co.uk/the-collection/ and click on any collection item listed below the search form. On the single collection item page you will see the Forminator form in a grey box under the image and data. I’ve added an html field with {embed_url} so you can see the embed_url is returning the “Search The Collection” page url (/the-collection/) and not the url of the collection item. If you reload the collection item page then the embed_url is the current page.
If you complete the form a copy of the data, including the hidden fields, are emailed to you so you can see that it is not giving the url of the page where the form is embedded.
I have the form submitting using AJAX, I’ve also switched that to Page Reload and get the same result in the email (ie the referer page url is returned not the current url)Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Float to Top Button] Back to top button disappears on translated pagesThanks. That didn’t work either my GTranslate came back with some details to add to our NGINX config file and that’s fixed the issue.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Float to Top Button] Back to top button disappears on translated pagesHi
Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately we first tried an image from the media library and the URL is translated, so is a 404. I’ve tried again and the same result.
We’ve looked through the Google Translate options and there is no URL exclusion (we tried the phrase exclusions but that didn’t work).
Sounds like the issue is with Google Translate plugin rather than Float To Top.
Thanks

Hi I’m sorry for the slow response on this. As our form payments were not processing at all until today I thought testing this custom code was unwise.
Is there a plan to roll the ability to send a purchase description into the main forminator plugin? I can’t see how to use this code to set a value for the product description based on the form name or any other field in the form.
Also I can’t see how to edit the form code to change the field as suggested here:
let paypal_description = $form.find( '#hidden-1' ).val();
I can see no edit option? Both forms are now working. Just like our test form they’ve started working without any further changes.
Thank you for looking into it for me.
Here are the two forms:
https://pastebin.com/B6q4x8xR
https://pastebin.com/5vZYukRPI had thought the issue was related to our specific web host – 34sp.com – but now my test site is working that rules that out. I still don’t understand what happened between my test site not working to working as I didn’t change anything!
34SP have WordPress in a subfolder so the setting’s WP URL has /wp at the end which has caused us the odd issue with plugins.
But for us this was all working on both of these sites up until the 22nd of December 2020.
And also here https://www.athelstanmuseum.org.uk/test/ – again the form is in sandbox mode.
All three sites are using the latest version of the plugin 1.14.8
Sadly I’m getting Payment Failed on this website still – https://www.lavenderandlovage.com/buy-book-tea-towels – this form is currently in sandbox mode
That’s great! How strange. I was consistently getting the Payment Failed message on this website and my two other clients’ websites. But I can confirm, no error in sandbox and I’ve just switched to live and no error.
No changes to the website from then to now… How strange.
I’ll test my clients websites now.
Thanks
Hi
I’ve switched it to sandbox mode and still get the same issue – Payment Failed.
Thanks
Just to add this is exactly the same issue we are seeing and started on the same date. I’ve set up a plain test website to test just the form, and with my Paypal credentials, etc. I’ve been waiting for the 1.14.8 update which is now out and I’ve updated but instead of it not working and not saying anything, it now says Payment Failed.
See this thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/paypal-receiving-wrong-payment-to-details/
Hi
I’ve updated to version 1.14.8 but now when I submit the form, enter all my payment details (either logging in or entering card details) I get “Payment failed, please try again!”.
You can see the form here https://test.callia.dev/
