    Hello,

    Ok. Thanks for your answer.
    Best regards

    Edit:
This being said, it seems more logical to me to apply the points on the subtotal rather than on the total. Indeed, the customer buys a product and not shipping costs, even if he pays for these shipping costs.
So why not set this type of calculation on the subtotal by default ?

    Hi,

    I’m sorry for the noise…

Just a problem concerning loading the plugin for the “shopping cart” page. While it was loaded for “checkout”…
It’s clear that if the plugin is not loaded, it can’t work.
Query Monitor allowed me to see that the javascript of PW Gift card was missing.

    So no worries now.

Thanks again for your work on this very well designed and made plugin.
    Best regards

    Hi,

Ok, I finally found the issue…

For those who may encounter this display problem:

It seems absolutely necessary to add, in style.css (of your custom template):
    font-style: italic (or whatever you declare in @font-face);
    font-weight: bold (or whatever you declare in @font-face);

in the id or class declaration for a block, in addition of your custom “font-family”.

If it can be useful to someone.
Perhaps it could added to the documentation on https://docs.wpovernight.com/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/using-custom-fonts/

    Thanks, Darren, for you support.
    Best regards

    Hi Darren,

Thanks a lot for your answer.

Unfortunately, it does not work better with this code.

In the plugin configuration, tab “state”, all “system configuration” is “green”, and directories are writeable.

Within my documents, the only part which is displayed with the right font (declared in style.css of the custom template), is hard coded in “invoice.php” in a div block.
But everything else is replaced by Sans Serif or Times new Roman, without respecting the declaration of style.css.

    Very strange.
Would it be possible that issue is on the server side ?

    Another question:
What is the purpose of the option “Use another HTML5 parser to parse the HTML code” (or something like that).
As for you, could it be an idea to solve my problem ?

    Thanks a lot.
    Best regards

    Hello,

I think we are not alone with this issue.

As for me, the error message is the same as this one:
    message from carlosmdh

I use Astra Pro, but Astra does not seem very interested in this issue.

So, at this time, I deactivated the Gutenberg plugin, in order to use the gutenberg system built in WordPress. Doing this, I’m able to edit pages created with Gutenberg.
    I have no better solution…

    Hello,

Same issue for me with Gutenberg 10.x , an Astra theme and WordPress 5.6.2

I’ve got the same files impacted but the error message does NOT show the first line:
TypeError: Cannot read property ‘ownerDocument’ of undefined

Not able to create new pages, or editing pages created with gutenberg.

So, as you, I deactivated the plugin Gutenberg 10.x and I use the one which is built in wordpress. Doing this, it works.

    Well …
Found: “options for screen” on the top.

    I always forgot this button…

    Hello,

    Thanks for your answer.

Indeed, There are surely some things I don’t understand…

I mainly use 2 IKS menu.

One for displaying the subcat of “Jewels” (cat=672), and one for displaying subcat of “Knots crafts”.
I would like to add within these 2 menus, a external cat called “Gift cards” which is NOT a child of “jewels”, nor “Knots Crafts” .

For example, the first menu displaying the subcat of “Jewels” (672) is mainly configured like this:

    Menu source Taxonomy
    Taxonomy Catégories de produits (product_cat)
    Child of 672
    Parent nothing (default setting-“number”)

And I thought it was pertinent to use “Include terms” to add the “gift cards” cat (its id).
And others settings which probably are not relevant to the issue.

So, to answer your question: no, I do not use “parent” setting.

    But, I don’t understand your 2nd sentence.

Thanks a lot for your clarifications about what it’s possible to do.
    Best regards

Well, sorry for noise… I should have looked better.

    Just swapping to d-m-Y in function mwb_wgm_check_expiry_date( $expiry_date )

    Hello,

    Thanks for your answer.
Yes, I understood that lite version does not apply coupon on total amount.
I just wanted the shipping costs to be activated when selling a gift card.

But it’s ok, I found a workaround to apply this.
    Thanks

    Thread Starter joy0114

    (@joy0114)

So, with the pro version, gift coupon is applied on total checkout, after a possible calculation of the shipping costs ?
    Am I right ?

    Thanks

    Hello Prashant,

    Thanks for your suggestion.
You are right, but in my case, this is the server which execute the wordpress cron.
In fact, a cron job (executed each hour on the server, at xxh38) containing the wordpress cron. By this way, I’m sure that the WP cron is running even if there is no visit.

Before WP 5.4.2, Database Backup was executed twice a day, at 00h38 and 12h38. And I was notified, at these moments of the backup.
After WP 5.4.2, this is always the case: Database Backup works well at 00h38 and 12h38, but no notification mail.
Mail is sent only if I manually make a backup.

I switched to smtp, without using a plugin (in order to make a system too heavy). It sends correctly email.

Now, I’m sure this is not an issue with your plugin. Some other plugins (for instance Super Cache) have the same issue (refreshing cache every xx min, sends no more mail for notification).
I did not try WP 5.5

Well, another time, not so serious, and perhaps I’m the only concerned ?….

Have a good day and stay safe.
