Hi Hristo – sorry for the slow reply, but as noted I’d already excluded all the media types available, including WooCommerce, as well as entering all the CSS classes I could find, and the distoortion is still happening. I’m not sure if this is related, but I was unable to see some of my other plugin’s settings (graphically displayed) after upgrading to WordPress 5.5 (TinyMCE Advanced and JoomUnited’s WP Media Folder). Deactivating this plugin fixed the error.

This would be great for me too – there are some that I would like to default to disable modifications, where the date of publication is more important.
