Actually, I was just thinking the same thing. I should be able to log in to my Go-daddy account and turn that cache feature off while working on the site. I will check it out.

    Thanks, I appreciate your time

No other cache plugins, however I think my hosting package at Godaddy includes caching. Would that create this issue?

I did not know that, I thought all available plugins would be on WordPress. Thank you for that information.

    Cheers,

    Sorry Steve,

I didn’t see that link in your message the first. Thanks.

I noticed that this link take me outside of the WordPress Plugins search page. Is this normal? I’ve never installed or purchased a plugin outside of my WordPress plugin page before.

    Thanks,
    John

    Thank you Steve,

yes I know whats available. just trying to figure a light weight plugin that will auto post and allow me to configure the post shares and schedule out older post. I watched a bunch of videos on YouTube and decided that FS Poster would be perfect. However, I can’t find it in the plugin list. Maybe Its not longer available.

I don’t want a big plugin with loads of extra features that i will never use.

    Thanks,
    john

Even though the cPanel is setup with GoDaddy you login to a separate location:
    https://a2plcpnl0429.prod.iad2.secureserver.net:2083/logout/?locale=en

you should have setup a separate user and password for your cPanel account when you setup your hosting. if you don’t have your user/pass for your cPanel it may be easier to just call GoDaddy to do step 2. I called them several times and they are great.

It still may be a good idea to figure out your cPanel user/pass for future fixes.

    Hi Guys,

This is just an addition to my previous answer.

The issue may not be a wordpress or contact form 7 it maybe a hosting fix. this is what worked for me.

You will need to do step 1 as well if you are using the email address that you setup with the hosting of your domain name. There is probably a quicker way to get to the All Hosting page but I don’t know it.

    Step 1
Login into your godaddy account and click the drop-down next to you name.
    Click My Products.
Scroll down to Web Hosting and click Manage.
This will take you to the All Hosting Accounts page.
In the top menu click the hosting drop-down and choose email.
You will see the email that you are using, check to see if there are any account alerts. if no alerts then logout and go to step 2
If there are alerts and you know how to fix them, great, if not contact godaddy, they will fit it in about 2 minutes.
If you choose to call godaddy they maybe able to do step 2 for you as well.

    step 2
login to your cPanel, make sure you are on the home page.
scroll down to Email, click on MX Entry.
under Email Routing, choose Remote Mail Exchanger.
Click the Change button and you are done.
    Logout.

Wait about 5 mins for the activation to take place, then test your contact form.

    hopes this helps

    Hi Guys,

If your hosting is with godaddy you may need to change a setting in your cPanel. This may work with other host as well.

login to your cPanel, make sure you are on the home page
scroll down to Email, click on MX Entry

under Email Routing, choose Remote Mail Exchanger
Click the Change button and you are done
    Logout

Wait about 5 mins for the activation to take place, then test your contact form.

    Hope this helps
