Track Your Order Button Inactive
Hello, our orders will be shipped with different carriers ( USPS/UPS/FedEx and Amazon logistics). We will send the customer an email notifying the tracking information including the courier name and the package number.
But we found if the courier is Amazon logistics, the tracking button next to the tracking number is inactive. It does not work since today. How can I solve that?
