I did what you suggested and confirmed its probably the theme. It’s a third party child theme built on the genesis framework. I submitted a ticket to the people who made the theme, although it might be studio press I need to talk to, I don’t know. Hopefully they will be able to figure out what’s going on, because I haven’t a clue! Will probably take a bit for them to get back to me as I don’t think they have as big of a staff. Hard to wait but we’ll see what happens.
