The SSL issue only started happening after I put up the Coming Soon landing page. I also removed the favicon altogether to test your theory but the SSL issue still persists: https://www.exequorgroup.com/
I see that you offer the option to force SSL on the page via a plugin upgrade, is there another way to achieve this? Thanks!

I see that the ability to force SSL on the coming soon page is only a Pro feature… is there another way to achieve this without the license? Many thanks ~Jes
Hi @vipul78, yes I’m still having this issue. The arrows are still there, please see my screenshot below. As you noted, they are hard to see therefore I’d like to know if I can place the arrows outside of the slider (I would choose a new bold color for them), so they stand out.

Should we set-up a separate thread for my arrows question? I don’t know if it’s a glitch on my end, when I select the option to display the arrows on the outside of the slider, they remain inside:

But I’m referring to the default, black, off-state gradient, not the hover gradient. See my dropbox link below. This is the gradient that I need to make lighter, not the hover gradient.
Is this something that can be modified?

JesHi Victor, thank you for your thorough response! This is great although I was actually asking about the default black overlay/gradient that appears over the photos in the slider. Do you mind sharing the css needed to reduce the opacity of that black overlay? The default opacity is too dark for us.
Regarding my previous question about the slider arrows, should I repost that question in a new thread?

We are not familiar with your plugin, someone else had set it up on this site therefore were just looking for general guidance as to why it would stop working… even if it was due to the missing “single” page (team-bio), why doesn’t work now that the page was re-added? What are we missing now?

If I may pose one additional question related to this, another important reason I needed to be able to access our Media folder via Tainacan’s interface is because we are using a plugin called ClassifAI which can read text in our images (like OCR) and extract it into the description meta field (it also creates an automated ALT description). When we add images via the Tainacan interface, our ClassifAI plugin does not work.
Have you had similar situations where a plugin does not work because of the security created by Tainacan? Is there a workaround? We really need to be able to use this plugin with Tainacan because the majority of our archival images are newspaper and magazine clippings (we have thousands) therefore it is a huge benefit to us if the copy in the images is automatically extracted for SEO and website search using the ClassifAI plugin.
Please let me know your thoughts or if prefer that I post this in the discourse group. Thank you for your time and support! It is very much appreciated.

Hi Sunny,
I wanted to loop back to let you know that we actually went in a different direction after we realized the event category data had been corrupted.
To quickly recap, the event categories were deleted and re-added with the original id’s and caused the data corruption. Without valid categories and valid mapping between the events and categories within the database, nothing was showing up. Have you seen this happen before?
We ended up having to manually find the old categories from an old database we had and then use a combination of that database and the current one to redo the entire category setup and mapping manually.
After this issue occurred the calendar navigation (next/prev links for month and view drop-down) disappeared on mobile. Is this an issue you’ve seen before? Can you offer any guidance? We tried turning on all of the mobile views under Settings and changing the view but nothing changes on the front-end, it’s stuck on this view: https://saintannsny.org/calendar/
