In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] WARNING – Wrong prices for variable productsYup, same thing happening here. You have to be really careful with variable products.
In my case, this plugin chose an arbitrary variation of the product and displayed it. The products had a price range of 20 € – 500 €, so the plugin randomly picking the variation to show in FB Shop page is bad news for business.
I found no way to mend this issue and found others to be experiencing the same. Tried refreshing, installing plugin again, etc. etc. – always picks random variation to show.
Would be nice if, in a variable product, it would show the price range OR would let the user select which variation price to show.
Cheers.

In reply to: [Gravity Slider Fields] Why isn’t this in GF to begin with?Request: Make the slider button more easily customizable – I’m having difficulty removing the ||’s from the button. They’re drawn there in some :after or :before way – getting rid of ’em is unnecessarily hard.
The rectangle with the ||s is familiar from audio equipment etc, but a sphere would be nice.

In reply to: [Gravity Slider Fields] Sliders don’t show up in calculation field merge tagOk, got it.
The merge tag needs the form label as well, for example {My almost too awesome field:1}
Thanks, sorry for not trying hard enough before asking. Self-doubt always sets in after an hour or so.
<rant>
I often find plugin docs to be disorientating, written by the ones who wrote the plugin. I’d like to have seen something like my example above and I’d instantly have known what to do. Instead there are steps from 1 to 10 and not one of them seem to specify the syntax so that a lowly non-tech guy could understand.
</rant>I would make everything so much better and be awesome at everything.
Yeah right. ??
Cheers, bye. Problem solved.

In reply to: [Gravity Slider Fields] Sliders don’t show up in calculation field merge tagHello,
This approach doesn’t seem to work, or I don’t know how to properly use it. I have a numeric field in which I’ve enabled calculation. My fields 1, 2 and 3 are sliders and have defined default and slide values.
My calculation is as follows: {:1} + {:2} + {+3}
Yet the numeric field always shows 0.
What to do?
Thank you.

In reply to: [Easy Google Fonts] No CSS integrationHey, cataphor!
Still want to add: I now understand how Easy Google Fonts works. Like a train’s toilet, like we say here in Finland. Direct and fuss-free, that is.
Thank you for your time!

In reply to: [Easy Google Fonts] No CSS integrationStrange, cataphor replied to my reply an hour and a half ago! I got the email with the message and all plus the link to this page, but here, I can’t see his/her answer.
Anyways, thank you, I now know a lot more about Easy Google Fonts and I think it can work for me ??

In reply to: [Easy Google Fonts] No CSS integrationHi, cataphor!
I’m not sure (in turn) what you’re saying, but I’ll try to rephrase my original post. What I’d like to do is, without a hassle, use Google Fonts in CSS.
For example, I could:
#page-45 #main-header h1 {font-family: "Lato"}
without having to worry about Lato being loaded or not – no @import in CSS, include in PHP or <link> in HTML. Nothing I’d have to worry – that’s what I’m looking for.When using GeneratePress, for example, all Google Fonts are automatically loaded or enqueued or whatever the correct term is and ready for using.
What I am frustrated about “Easy Google Fonts” is that this doesn’t seem to be an option – which I think is the most useful part of getting to use Google’s awesome repository – see results in the live preview as you type CSS. I know you can preview fonts in Google Fonts by typing in what you want to see, but seeing fonts in the preview boxes is miles away from being an effective way to actually select a font for a site.
Thanks for the interest in my post! ??
I wanna go at this in a calm manner and I don’t know whether I’m just missing a feature in Easy Google Fonts or just being plain dumb about the way I wanna use Google Fonts.

In reply to: [SEO Redirection Plugin - 301 Redirect Manager] Endless messages on backendIn addition:
The plugin settings don’t seem to effect the error messages at all, I’ve tried all kinds of combinations.
I’m using the Premium version.
Thank you.
Thank you, this solved all problems that OP had for me!
Studies continue: I disabled CSS minification/combining CSS to reduce HTTP requests from WP Fastest Cache. Now the slider doesn’t break.
Something with the way CHPCS fetches it’s style?

OK,
no more edits on the last post: this one deserves more attention: If I turn on WP Fastest Cache (which I absolutely LOVE), it breaks CHPCS. How does that happen?

In reply to: [Theme My Login] Customizer keeps on refreshing after TML activationUpdate: the refresh problem also seems to trigger a firewall block from my webhost and I’m now unable to access my blog. This is the third time this has happened.
I like TML! There’s nothing like it out there and I don’t wanna quit using it!

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast inserted canonical = non-indexableIt’s a mess allright, for us regular folk anyway. Lots of people wondering about this very same thing about onSite, me including. Google indexes my site but it’s just scary to see “your site is not indexable” in any analysis tool and not being able to do a thing about it because the knowhow just isn’t there (in my head).
