I’m no longer involved with this plugin, but I was the initial creator of it.

If it wasn’t for Ewout joining and helping me build a paid version of this plugin, it wouldn’t exist today – 8 years later. My first couple months I averaged less than $20/month in donations. Creating a paid version of this and other plugins allowed us to eventually dedicate full-time support to developing and maintaining a suite of tools that are used (for FREE) on literally hundreds of thousands of websites.

THOUSANDS of hours have gone into development, maintenance, and support to keep this plugin running for nearly a decade. Without the paid version, this wouldn’t have been maintained this long. Imagine what would happen to your site if you installed an 8 year old plugin that hadn’t been maintained. It wouldn’t be good…

I’d like to ask you to reconsider your review. Ewout is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. His dedication to offering a high quality product while minimizing the financial burden to customers is literally unmatched. In all my years working in web software I’ve never met anyone less greedy than Ewout. This just isn’t a fair assessment of this product, or Ewout.

Mine also stopped working three days ago after updating WooCommerce and your plugin. It’s just the conversion component that’s failing.

@doulos12 – If it’s an issue with the plugin then there should be errors in the error log. Who is your hosting with?

Do you know how to check your error logs? If so can you open a ticket at [email protected] and send us a copy of your error log and the screenshot?

Great! We missed a couple of backwards compatibility issues here, which is where you’re seeing that. Upgrading to 2.0.1 should fix it immediately, but good to see Avada is making the change as well, as we’ll eventually be deprecating that function altogether.

There were some backwards compatibility issues that might cause this. Can you see if the issue is still there if you update to version 2.0.1?
