Hi Erik,

The plugin is set to direct you to the cart page and it looks like something isn’t working quite right. Go to your WooCommerce settings. The third tab say’s “pages” click there and see what page is selected where it says cart page. It looks to me like you may have installed WooCommerce on here twice and there are some pages that shouldn’t be there.

Hello! I had a chance to look over the issue, and it’s a more difficult fix as your theme heavily modifies the standard WordPress menu. You can either add the necessary spans yourself (you can do this by changing the output of the menu cart file) or you can purchase a customization package from our site: https://wpovernight.com/shop/woocommerce-menu-cart-custom-css/ We’ll certainly have to customize the menu cart plugin and may need to have access to the theme as well. I’m very interested in expanding this plugin as I’ve been using it on my site with phenomenal results. Do you use WooCommerce? What do you think of the plugin so far and what would you like to see added to it?

However, I was wondering if you would be willing to shed a little more light on the error message you received when you tried going to the contact page. Was it on the form itself or was it when you were trying to get to the page? What was the message? As well, what browser were you using?

Hey there! I just checked your site and I don’t see it active. We can’t trouble shoot the flyout without being able to see it on your site. My guess is that it has to do with the fact that your menu is the admin menu instead of the standard WP menu. As far as error in your footer, you could try commenting out or deleting line 67: load_plugin_textdomain( ‘wcmenucart’, false, dirname( plugin_basename( __FILE__ ) ) . ‘/languages/’ );

Again, it’s probably because this is being loaded via the admin menu instead of the standard wp menu. That particular line just loads other language translations, but I’m guessing your site will be in English, correct?

Awesome, glad that worked! Most WooThemes show a shopping cart by default when WooCommerce is enabled. I personally don’t have that theme (I just pulled the css from the demo) so I have no idea what options are available on the backend. It could be worth contacting WooThemes and asking if there’s a way to disable it since you’re planning on using this plugin.
