  • Sounds like you go lucky. I contacted support over 3 times when the plugin stopped working correctly for me. Still haven’t heard anything from them. That was almost 1 month ago.

This massively impacted my workflow and I had to look for an older plugin version to revert back to. Eventually that worked, but still no word from them. Only by checking this review did I realize it could be a conflict with plugin add ons.

Even with the fix, I’ll be looking for an alternative to this exporter from now on. I have zero faith in their support.

I haven’t had any resolution yet and I don’t think any more help is coming. More customers have reported that they’re getting blocked from adding items to cart over the last 2 weeks too, so I’ve been forced to uninstall it and try my luck with wordfence. I don’t see how I can run a business when my legit customers are being blocked from form submissions.

Thanks for the quick reply – I currently have the error shielding set to maximum compatibility, but this error still comes up. Not sure where the “Multiple erroneous requests” are coming from as the traffic inspector doesn’t have anything for that IP prior to that or indicate which page it’s on.

Same here. Waited for theme updates, but no dice.

The one thing I noticed was that only variable products with custom attributes (attributes created within the listing) were affected. Most, if not all, of my variable products that worked from a set of saved attributes seemed to be fine.

With ~300 variable product skus, I don’t plan to go through one by one and duplicate listings. Can’t even go into the original one and add it, because the variation tab won’t see the attribute in my existing listings, they all have to be duplicated via copy and paste. Ain’t nobody got time for that!

I’d be happy to hear anyone’s solutions, otherwise I’m holding out for further updates and testing then. Ridiculous though…

Edit: Also disabled all plugins and tested with 2017 theme, but the issue persisted.
