Looks like you are off to a tough start.
I went to “whois.com” to find out where it is registered. It looks like the URL is registered with Godaddy and it was hosted with bluehost. I would start with Godaddy.com. They have a process for reclaiming your URL. Here is an article on their help desk forum (https://support.godaddy.com/help/article/4043/submitting-a-change-of-accountemail-update-form) or you can just call them (they are pretty responsive).
Once you have the URL ownership resolved you can contact Bluehost to see how they can help with the site.
Just a FYI, In the future you should start a new thread and not jump on an old one. You get a quick response that way.
