I can’t give you that kind of access. I tried SS 7.0.1 on my test site and it did the same thing. So I’m looking for a different plugin I guess.

The tabs on the SuperSocializer settings pages are blank. Something is really messed up.

Thanks for the prompt response. I’m not using a cache plugin. I tried clearing my browser cache but it didn’t help. Disabled the ‘delete option’ option, disabled and deleted the plugin and reinstalled and activated it, and the same thing is happening. By the way, I’m on WP 4.3.1, WP Editor 1.2.5.3.

bonjon9: I’m in the same boat. I love Wordfence and appreciate it immensely, and would buy it if I could justify the expense.

Campbell: are you referring to the Wordfence developers? I think Wordfence handles this stuff okay actually. If things don’t improve soon I’ll most likely just block Italy at my router. But I’d sure like to get through to BT Italy and have this traffic cut off at the source.

janaobx: BT appears to have deleted my tweets. If that means they’re actually going to do something about this, great. More likely they just didn’t want anything negative on their feed. Maybe it’s time to create a web site dedicated to this problem and how BT isn’t doing anything about it. Then submit the details to reddit.

I’ve resorted to public (Twitter) shaming of BT Italy (via @btletstalk). Gotta get their attention somehow.

I haven’t heard anything back from my contact requests. That BT abuse email account is still full. Hell of a way to run an ISP.

I installed the development version and the problem went away.
