Thanks so much for your reply and the link – will read it now. I pay to have my www.ads-software.com site hosted through GoDaddy. I thought WordPress.com was free; I have two free blogs on it – ??? I only know GoDaddy provides no WordPress support (their words) and that whenever I’ve requested support through WordPress, I am usually chastised for not figuring it out myself.

I hope I didn’t come across as snarky – I did not intend it that way. I’m not even upset; I’m just kind of confused as to what I can even ask for anymore. I’ve even sought to change my blog to Squarespace, just for the support; but it’s so wonky I can’t get it to work. Thanks again.

Hi – I”m using this theme and I just love it – thanks so much. I just have a question. I am absolutely two thumbs with anything techie. I would really like to move the logo up to the top of the page, and shorten the distances between the ribbon, logo, and the text / images in the white area. Basically I’d like to condense the page so the logo and the ribbon are mostly visible when someone arrives at the page. Is there a easy way for me to modify the theme so I can make this change globally and appear on every page?

Hi – thanks for your reply. This happened before Disqus; in fact, I installed the Disqus plugin just to try to fix / override the problem. I never really used Disqus. I uninstalled Disqus when I found it didn’t help. I deactivated all my plugins; the problem persists.

Hi – I’m suddenly having problems with comments on all pages and posts of my blog – I think since the Jetpack update. I am not getting comments anywhere – not even spam! Some pages are working; some are randomly not. All have the “comment” box checked. I deactivated Jetpack; tried Disqus; now I don’t even get notifications for test comments I make (logged out of my account), and they don’t go to the moderator queue either – they just get posted. Now I’m having trouble even deleting the test posts (which I have to do directly on the page, because they don’t show up anywhere in Dashboard).

Hi – I did that, and some of the data came back. But in Spy View, when I click on “more,” I can only see September 1 and 2. There’s no data before or since (and the previous months’ data seems to be lost). It’s the same in Raw Data – only September 1 and 2.

I’ve de-activated and re-activated both the Slimstat and Dashboard Slimstat plugins I have. I’ve cleared the cache / cookies, restarted my browser, and tried it in both Chrome and Firefox… no luck. Anything else I can do?

Slimstat is under WordPress dashboard and settings. I’m sorry, I’m not sure what you mean.
If it’s a bug, what can I do in the meantime to make sure that any random person cannot become a SlimStat user on my blog? There’s another user listed who is a total stranger from another country.
I really like this plugin – but if other people can access my information through it, I will have to uninstall it.

Me too! It was working until today, when it suddenly started alphabetizing both the categories and the links within. I cleared the cache and even rebooted, just to make sure.
