the scrolling div on the search results page looks out of place, the scroll bar is outside the content area, and the page itself still goes ~100px beyond my screen

also you’ve given everything a “torn paper” look around the edges except the page and the crumpled paper blocks on the home page (top and bottom edges are dead straight) compared to the rest of the layout with the torn look they don’t match

you need to optimize your images, landing page has almost 3M worth of images, with one image at 900k, never mind the flash, also consider using the language translator plugin

might consider including a translator on your site, its in arabic and i can’t read it, having a translator plug in will make it more accessible/user friendly

start over, harsh maybe, but jeeeez the colours, the font size (is that bolded?) impossible to read and not a good first impression and that’s all you get to make on the web

the brown, blue and yellow in the header aren’t very complimentary colours, might want to review your colour scheme. and the blue box around the search is distracting, would rather have a bigger search box

your forum is outside of wp, so you will need to do a lot of code or find a plugin that will read your ppbb forum db for latest posts/replies and put them in a widget or sidebar block.

its OOTB gear, nothing special, this area is not about content but about how you tweaked, hacked and pushed the limits of wp code and design

i spend a lot of time on the net and prefer to know what code sites are running before i let them run it, has some drawbacks but safer surfing beats fancy code, just my opinion

floating menu is kinda nice, but i run ff w noscript so by default, a lot of ff users do also, its at the top left corner of the page, and with the floating menu you might want to consider not having any content on the left sidebar, so the menu doesn’t hide anything, maybe make the header image a bit smaller too, kind of dominates the page, detracting form the content, abut all in all a nice looking page
