So, as of a few minutes ago it updated fine (haven’t changed anything, no idea why it wouldn’t update repeatedly before) now I have a different plugin (jetpack) that won’t update.

Think I’ll just leave it a day or two and try again, it’s obviously not the big issue I thought it was.

Thank you – everything is writable except fonts???

I have main WordPress directory, wp-content directory, uploads, plugins, themes (all writable) and then fonts (not writable)

could that be the issue?

I am experiencing this mismatch error too – hasn’t been a problem before and I’m losing orders because of it. Got an order today where i can’t even see what the customer has ordered but payment has been taken. What version can I roll back to?

You may well be right but I can’t see it. I don’t have any other discounts for jigsaws. It only has a problem when it’s two of exactly the same product – seems to be doing a loop of discounting. If it’s two different jigsaws it works fine. I’ve tried toggling the calculations options about if it’s already on sale etc, no difference. Any ideas where specifically to look?

Woocommerce 6.2.1

WordPress version 5.7.5
Current theme: Storefront (version 3.5.1)
Current plugin: Gift Wrapper (version 5.1.1)
PHP version 7.4.25

I’ve just had to disable this plugin as it caused a fatal error on my website. I went to edit a product and the edit screen opened on the product but I couldn’t see any description, quantities etc. It was displaying fine on my website.

I get this message displayed on the edit screen for the product:

If I disable the plugin everything is fine (except of course there won’t be an option for the customer to add gift wrapping!)

I’m afraid that error message means nothing to me (not techy!) – any ideas?

On the plus side, I don’t lose the catalogue sync that is already there but when I update the plugin I can’t sync anything new. But because I don’t lose anything I can retry later, maybe it’s just me? Seems to be a problem with it having the wrong page as the business manager and I’m not sure why it’s changed to a different business manager when I upgrade the plugin.

I was updated to the recent version but it still wasn’t working. I’ve rolled back to the old v1.??? which works fine for me.

Just wondered if there was any update on this. Got excited when I saw a plugin update available but I’m still not able to connect Woocommerce and Facebook. It was connected before. All my previous catalogue syncs are there but nothing new is adding to Facebook ‘store’.

I added new products to my website today and they are showing in my Facebook page shop so I guess all is fine now. Just for information, your reset plugin certainly reset the setup for the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin but it wouldn’t let me actually set up the connection until I disabled the Paypal plugin. I had gone through each plugin I had one at a time and it was definitely the Paypal one that was an issue. Although the plugin was uptodate, perhaps it just needed to be reinstalled. Who knows? It’s all working fine now. Thank you for your help.
