I logged out of WP, closed Chrome, started Chrome, logged in, went to a Product and it’s still always Portrait.

I downloaded the latest, change it to Landscape, and I still get Portrait ??

Both settings still give me Portrait.

I just downloaded the plugin, so I would guess it is the latest. I’m not totally sure how to give you want you want.

We’re seeing the same (or very similar) issue on https://www.artpapersonline.com

Last week products were working.

Now, some (I haven’t checked to see if it’s all or not, since we have 5000 SKUs) products with variations are showing as out of stock – even though the manage stock field is NO and all the variations are marked as In Stock.

Product export verifies the settings we expected to see.

Just de-activated and re-activated. The log is empty now. Will check periodically and if it doesn’t appear over the next few days we’ll say that fixed it ??

Well, that didn’t work…at all.

I created the text strings for the 9 postal codes based on the USPS Priority Mail Zone Chart (see below) and pasted each string in to the Postal Code box in APG.

I clicked Save.

I got a blank white page…and waited and waiting. Nothing ever came back.

I closed the browser. I logged in to WP-Admin again. I can go anywhere in WP-Admin fine – but when I go to Settings, I get the blank white page.

Maybe it was too many ranges for APG to handle? And so it crashed Settings – and now I can’t get back to settings.

Any ideas how to get back to a working state?

I saw “Countries” in the screen shot and was hoping it drilled down further (since rates by country is a bit too encompassing) but couldn’t find any mention of destination scope anywhere I looked.

By the way…
I said “pre-sales” meaning “before I made a commitment to go down the path and try to use this.”

For documentation, I tried to look at the info that’s at https://codecanyon.net/item/weight-based-shipping-for-woocommerce/10099013, the screenshots, the support log and the reviews.

I could have been more specific, for sure, but I felt that covered the general concepts.

If you can share any “Best Practices” for how to approach this the best way, that would be great!

There are 163 zip code ranges necessary to define the 9 zones, and to go from 1 pound to 50 pounds with a price for each pound/zone means 450 rate entries.

And 13 weights/rates (one per ounce) for First Class.

That’s lots of data entry/clicking only to find there are more effecient ways to do it.

On my site, tax is charged on product & shipping, for Ohio and Florida only.

It’s ALWAYS charging tax on shipping, for those two states.
It should ALWAYS charge tax on products for those two states too. Some products it does, some products it does not.

So far, I can’t find any pattern between what works and doesn’t work.
Whether it’s a variation or not, whether it’s featured or not, whether it tracks stock or not…. no pattern.

Looking through WP-ADMIN, the fields are the same.

I’m looking at two products metadata now in the DB through CPANEL to see if I can find any field differences.

There was a discussion on GitHub about Version 3.9 and the “wpec_taxes_taxable” field having problems – not sure if that’s related to this or not.

The product that WORKS for me, does not have that data serialized in metadata.

The product that DOES NOT work for me, does have that data in serialized metadata.

ITDINO – do you see any difference/pattern between products that work correctly and products that don’t?

In a development site I’m working on, I see something similar.

WPEC 3.9.1
IPN and Return URL are OFF in PayPal (per WPEC docs)
IPN is on in Standard Payments Pro

Checkout goes to PayPal
Transaction is complete
User stays on PayPal page

Transaction is not marked complete on site. User does not return to site. Emails are not generated (since the user doesn’t return to the site).

WPEC support says the site must be live (e.g., in the DNS) and not use the PayPal sandbox account.

So, I’m in the process of finishing the site and will go live to see if the problem still exists.

I’ll post an update here once I go live and see what happens. If you find out anything, can you please post it as well?
