In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Not ShowingYour plugin folders don’t show up in the list to select to exclude. This is because, according SiteGround, the plugin is not using WordPress standards. I see other plugin folders listed in their dropdown to exclude, but nothing for The Events Calendar.
Thanks

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Not Showing – SiteGround Speed Optimizer Pluginthose are file paths. I need the data handler names.
Yes, some events are showing because the only way The Events Calendar works with SiteGrounds Soeed Optimizer plugin is with Memcached turned off, which I would like to not turn off for the added performance.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Not ShowingI’ve been working with SiteGround, and getting the filters set up as specified in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-use-sg-optimizers-filters-procedure/, which is referenced in your plugins article https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/siteground-optimizer/#h-plugin-folders. SiteGround is saying to “I would recommend checking with The Events Calendar’s developers, so they can provide the correct style handles for the scripts which need to be exluded.”
Can you provide these script-handles and data-handles for my filter?
Thanks!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Not Showing@tristan083 can I please get some help to get my events to show up, using SiteGrounds Speed Optimizer plugin? Do you have an example of the filter that needs added to a code snippet? This is really blocking my development.
Thanks!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Not ShowingI’ve done some more testing, and if I Activate Speed Optimizer plugin, and leave Memcached disabled, then my events show up after entering them. If I Enable Memcached, and create a new event, it does not show up on my site. Any suggestions?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Not ShowingI found the issue. The SiteGround plugin “Speed Optimizer”, if I turn that off, everything seems to work fine. If I enable it, it does not work, my Events don’t show up. Any suggestions?
Thanks

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Not ShowingI have tried that as well. I have a staging site and turned on troubleshooting mode, enabled The Events Calendar, and still, only 1 event shows. The second one I entered is still not showing.
Instead of using “troubleshooting mode”, I also switched the theme and deactivated all plugins on my staging site, and still, the event I added for December 3 is not showing

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Drop Down Cut OffAdd this css:
.tribe-events .tribe-events-header { overflow: inherit; }
Something I just noticed on my site, if I am logged in, the product pages show up fine. If I am not logged in, then they do not show up correctly.
@ryan – what theme are you using on your site?
I have the same issue (luckily did this upgrade on my staging site). I do not have the Hubbub plugin on my site, but I do have Yoast 22.1. Where can I get a copy of SureCart 2.19.1 or 2.19.0 to downgrade? I also have had a support ticket open for weeks about Yoast and SureCart not working properly together, the open graph tags generated by Yoast were not correct. They mentioned it was fixed in the latest build of SureCart, but is apparently breaking the front end display. My post to the Facebook group asking about this got denied. SureCart support got back to me this morning with the below:
“We did not do any code changes to our frontend rendering, also the issue you are facing about the breaking of product pages it does not seem to be related to our latest update.
Can you confirm by reverting to previous version you had & see if that fixes the issue? If no, then maybe you need to check if any more changes were done to the site which caused this.”
Not really sure where to go from here, as I don’t have an earlier version of SureCart to downgrade to.
Here’s a link to my staging site that is broken

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Incorrect og:url and canonical urlIf I disable the Yoast plugin, then the canonical url shows correct, and the proper og:url is there and is used by Facebook, which I’m pretty sure why SureCart is asking to reach out to Yoast :-), but I will send them your comments and see what they say.
I have a staging site that you can also try, where I deactivated the Yoast plugin, and it seems to work fine. I even ran it through the Facebook Sharing debugger as well.

In reply to: [Constant Contact Forms] Form Field LimitationsIs there any future update that would add this functionality?
If a form is created within Constant Contact, are these inputs available, and then we would need to embed that form into our page?
Thanks for the quick reply!
