Yes, I have a Cache plugin, and I have cleared my server cache and browser cache. I have tried in Google Chrome Incognito tab, FireFox and IE, and they all show the same error message.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I set one of the settings to hide the download button.

Does this plugin work with the Avada theme?

I have added code to my Custom CSS in my theme, and it is still getting overridden by the styling of this plugin.

How can we customize the CSS?

I replied on the other support forum, I am not using any custom CSS, and checkbox is not checked.

I have not done any custom css for this plugin. The plugin even shows “Not Checked: You are using the default CSS.”
