How can I purge my DB cache if I can’t get into my Admin page?

How would I display the photo, name and link to PDF for all submissions on one page, maybe in 3 columns or something like that?

How do I do that? I dont think i have any contact 7 themes installed.

@davidanderson – if I rename the plugin folder to a different name, then login to my dashboard and go to plugins and add the new version as a new plugin, would that work as well? Then just delete the folder I renamed?

No. I was on WP 4.9.1 at the time. All I did was download the package and manually updated the load.php file on my server with the one in the downloaded package.

Looks like I might have just fixed this by downloading WordPress 4.9.1 and replacing the load.php file on my server with the one in the download.

i had already tried disabling all my plugins and switching the theme, and that did not help. I installed the healthcheck plugin, but it doesn’t seem to be allowing me to go in to troubleshooting mode. I did see these errors after installing this plugin, but they have since gone away:
