    Hi, thanks for your answer.

I have to say that the double opt-in is enabled in all my lists and it works.

This is a specific case that occurs after that I delete a member from the list. The member that I delete can be subscribed or pending.

When I do this, the user cannot subscribe anymore using the plugin. He can subscribe again using the MailChimp native form.

    Kind regards

    Nothing false alarm.

Maybe I opened the support page too soon.

Now I refreshed and the rows are in Green.

I refresh again now… and those rows are in Orange again ??

Ok. it is a false alarm.

    Unfortunately, it is too late.

As many times happen with simple warnings, with the second installation and activation, there were no more warnings.

The support page reports everything in Green: good.

WordPress REST API Good WordPress REST API is working at https://xxxx/wp-json/
Redirection routes Good Redirection routes are working
Database tables Good All tables present
Valid groups Good Valid groups detected
Valid redirect group Good All redirects have a valid group
Post monitor group Good Post monitor group is valid
Site and home protocol Good Site and home are consistent

Well, everything it was, it didn’t make damages.

    That’s good.

Now, I upgraded my public website and I didn’t get warnings.

But the Support Page show REST API rows in Orange:

WordPress REST API Problem REST API returns an error code (40x – xxxx/index.php?rest_route=/)
Redirection routes Problem REST API is not working so routes not checked
Database tables Good All tables present
Valid groups Good Valid groups detected
Valid redirect group Good All redirects have a valid group
Post monitor group Good Post monitor group is valid
Site and home protocol Good Site and home are consistent

Maybe this could be caused by the Security Plugin that blocks almost everything.

What do you suggest to do?

It is also in line with what the message said.

Hi, The error logs, even error logs for php, reported nothing at the moment. There is no error since yesterday.

This is the only log where the redirection plugin is mentioned.

I don’t know, I just reported the test.

What details do you want that I search in the error_log of the server web app?

    Thread Starter jscmal

    (@jscmal)

    Hi Brajesh,
it works very well with URLs that have clear images with type extension.

But I have found something that is not working properly for now.

    This URL is an image:

    https://www.tradingview.com/x/z8LUD3U3/

If I want to save it on my computer the browser save this:

    z8LUD3U3.png

Unfortunately, mediapress is not able to take the image from that URL.

I tried also making in this way:

    https://www.tradingview.com/x/z8LUD3U3.png

But, I get an infinite waiting.

    > Do you think that this could be managed in future?

my private members need just to show images provided by trading view with this type or URLs:

    https://www.tradingview.com/x/z8LUD3U3/

    No other images.

I cannot contribute, unfortunately. I am not skilled to do that.

But what I have understood is that in any plugin there are one or more rows where are indicated the options added in the DB.

Then, if I know the prefixes of the options insert by the installed plugins (the prefix identify the plugin that is using that option), I can work excluding the installed plugins, showing only the other options (those unknown) letting the user to select which ones delete OR to delete them all excluding those that are of WordPress and of the active theme.

This would be just my approach for the managing of the problem.

Hi Lester, thanks for your answer, I added a comment in the github post you shared.

But, why don’t consider to add a scheduling feature to the plugin that can execute the cleaning 1 time per day?

    Kind regards

    In reply to: [WP-Sweep] CRON

Thank you for your comment. I was just looking for a way to use this plugin with wp-cli

Then wp sweep --all lets me write a bash script for automatic maintaining of my data bases.

    ??

Your plugin is fantastic. What I would like to see in future is also the removing of the orphan options.

    Kind regards

Thank you very much for your answer.

I don’t know why, but on my Firefox on Ubuntu, if 1 of the 2 sitemaps is opened, the other one stays in a pending loading on the browser.

On chrome instead, they are both opened without problems. ??

    Thank you

Hi, I applied the filter justs now. It works.

I will remove this temporary filter when there will be a MediaPress release that includes it.

    Thank you for the support.

The logged in status is not a concrete problem. I don’t know how it can affect the wrong URL that causes a very stressful problem for all the users.

    This cause a problem:
    xxxx/members/juan/mediapress/wall-photo-gallery-5/#activity-11469

    Please restore this:
    xxxx/members/juan/activity/11469

I don’t know if this will be fixed with the rewriting of the code for the comments

I have an extra detail about the problem with the HTML tags in the comments.

    > The BUG is visible in the BuddyPress Activity Stream.

But it is not visible on the Post Page when I open it by the standard Buddypress Post url

    (@jscmal)

    Hi,
please restore the original BuddyPress Link when people open a MediaPress Posts in the BuddyPress Stream. It causes a lot of stress. People see that like a BUG.

    This cause a problem:
    xxxx/members/juan/mediapress/wall-photo-gallery-5/#activity-11469

    Please restore this:
    xxxx/members/juan/activity/11469

When a Buddypress post with images gets a comment, people cannot find the comment, because the link redirects to the full gallery which completely unuseful.

Please, fix the problem with the comments below the MediaPress Posts in the BuddyPress Stream.

This is a problem. Because of this, I have to answer people making a new post and not adding a comment to their question:

    5. Sorry, It’s a mistake on my part, next release will allow public and logged…#activity-829" rel="nofollow">[Read more]

Please, these are relevant problems because they are basilar things that have a strong negative impact on the users.

    Kind regards

    G.Aloe
