I’ll be glad to help.

Right now that is how Simplelightbox works. Simplelightbox is developed by a third party, and this behavior cannot be deactivated and there is no setting to deactivate it at the moment.

You can change the lightbox effect to Fancybox or another one from “Other Options > Lightbox Effects”.
