I have the same issue.
Optimize Original Images – ON
Create WebP Versions – ON
Image WebP Replacement – ON

Still, WebP images are not being provisioned.
I even tried “Destroy All Optimization Data” and did everything again. But still, the website shows jpg or png images only and NOT THE REPLACED WEBP version.

I would highly appreciate any help.

Try this.
1. In Settings, change Home and Site URL to your local machine IP address.
Example: If your localhost machine IP address is 192.168.0.1 and the folder hosted your website is mysite; you’d change URLs to https://192.168.0.1/mysite
Save this setting. You’d be logged out. So log back in again.

2. Clear browser cookies on other PC on network and try with the new URL https://192.168.0.1/mysite

Issue is fixed, so closing this thread.

Somehow it starting working. I just cleared cookies of browser of my other computer on LAN.

You were right – not sure where the folder name came from. I removed the words “ourbusiness” from above code and it worked.

Renamed .htaccess

mydomain.com/site1 remains same ie opens but without styles
mydomain.com/site1/wp-adming generates following message

“This page isn’t working

mydomain.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”

Error log shows this:

Does anybody know what that means and how to fix.

Reinstalled everything with WordPress version 4.7.3 but still no luck – same error showing again

It is fixed.
Actually I was using some incorrect css style code in widget. The moment I corrected that, issue was fixed. Thank you!!!
