So, bare with me here because I’m pretty new at this. Are you suggesting taking that EXACT syntax and putting it somewhere on SPECIFICALLY the homepage? Or in some CSS file?

Someone told me to go to Settings>Reading and create a static Home page and a static Articles page, and then select them in the dropdown box. I still don’t get this. It seems to me that it’s only possible to create ONE static page in Settings>Reading, and you can only select ONE Posting page from the drop down also.

If I select Blog or Articles in the drop down, I end up getting an error message telling me that the page cannot be found.

Any ideas on this one?

And how do I activate a sidebar with archives. etc, only on that page?

At the moment, as you’ll see, it’s a blog waiting to happen. I plan to post newsletter articles, etc. there. But I don’t know how to initiate the functionality.
