Sorry, I should have done that in the first place. The site is https://www.heroesofthepast.com/who-we-are/ I would like to make the white border around the page and the widget the same color as the background.

I am trying to get the entire site to be have a light beige colored background, menus, titles, text, widgets, ect. I have accomplished that to a degree by giving a background color to the widgets, and page, but cannot figure out how to change the background color of the text.
Can I swap the rgba ( ) for a hexadecimal code?

Ahhh, I was changing the color on H2 instead of H1. You were right, it worked perfectly.
Would you by any chance know how I can change the background color behind the text. I changed it on my background, and the background behind my widgets, but cannot figure out how to get the background behind the actual text to match. https://www.heroesofthepast.com

I would like the same thing GracieA talked about, and added the code as explained and it did not work for me. Running WP 4.7 with 2017 theme, using soliloquy lite.
