THANK YOU for your quick response! When I went to try the download again via your instructions, I realized that I had my Safari preferences set to “automatically open safe downloads” — Thus, when I was was downloading the file, it would automatically open the folder and save that (and I would never see the ZIP file). So, problem solved!
