Thank you for your response and sorry for the delay in responding. We have the Digital Signature For Contact Form 7 and Send PDF for Contact Form 7 plugins, running on top of Contact Form 7. Until a month ago everything was working, but suddenly it stopped. We have solved the problem by adding the WP Mail SMTP by WPForms plugin and it seems to be working now. We continue testing it.
