In reply to: Need to Recover Lost (Deleted?/Overwritten) FilesIf you have switched platforms from WordPress to an alternative platform then your old WordPress site files would still reside in the wordpress directory. However, you may need reconfigure the path in the wp-config.php file and database depending on where the directory resides.
Of course, this depends on nobody having moved it or deleted it but good practice would suggest the old site would have been backed up but you’ll need to check with whoever did this.

In reply to: Suggested Naming Conventions for Media?Hi
For the example URL https://mysite/projects/gamename/main-menu/01.png it would only work (as far as I know) if you created a folder projects and then a folder within named gamename and within that a folder named main-menu then uploaded 01.png manually to that folder using something like FTP and then you would need to manually insert the full URL path for displaying the image 01.png.
However, you may be able to reach your ambition up to a point using something along the lines of this resource: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-organize-wordpress-files-in-media-library-folders/ (the plugin is Media Library Folders and the link is in the post)

In reply to: Suggested Naming Conventions for Media?Unsure the purpose of the permalink option and none of the links provided seem to work.
You are right that when uploading an image with the exact same file name for the same file type, WordPress will add a number so each is individual. Even outside of WordPress, for example your PC, you usually get a warning to check as a file could be overwritten.
If you’re looking at the naming convention for media and in this case images, then the standard is to give it a meaningful name but avoid spaces.
Example: an image of a red apple could be named red-apple (hyphen) or redApple (camel case) or red_apple (underscore).

In reply to: Uploaded images are not visible except in editHi
755 should be the correct permission for the folder wp-content and also tends to be needed for all folders within.
As far as I know, you should be able to use the image block to show your screenshot. Did you try selecting the Toggle block inserter?

In reply to: How to reduce white space above logoHi
Sorry for the ambiguity and not being as specific as to assist, on following the steps initially provided, once you are in Edit mode, you should have options to select the ‘block’ (with the logo) on the right of the screen if in desktop view, this should allow you to amend the top margin, reducing what appears to be a pre-set at 50px.
If still ambiguous or I’m still misunderstanding the outcome you’re after, let me know and perhaps some screen-shots could be of value.

In reply to: url issueHi
Assume you’ve fixed this but the %20 in the URL provided suggests an errant empty space character.

In reply to: How to reduce white space above logoIf you’re using 2023 and the page on which you’re working is the HOME template, you should be able to go Dashboard >> Appearance >> Themes >> Customise >> Templates >> Home >> select Edit and then you should be able to amend the styling (in your case, the margin)

In reply to: Change Copyright Armada themeHi
Not familiar with the theme but as the area you’re looking to amend is in the ‘bottom banner’, it’s not uncommon that the theme will have an option in the ‘Customizer’ to amend.
