In reply to: Can not log in to DashboardI hired a technician from ClickWP to investigate. Latest update is that he says I have a serious malware infection. That’s the bad news. Good news is that probably all the suggestions from this site might work for others experiencing a similar issue. Hopefully someone that knows a lot more than me is going through my files and ‘healing” my site. Thanks for your suggestions.

In reply to: Can not log in to DashboardIs there a way to upload clean core files without affecting the content of my site? Maybe this would clear out whatever the issue is.

In reply to: Can not log in to DashboardI went to my hosting site (Bluehost) and took a look at my domains. I don’t have TwentySixteen listed there. I have Twenty Ten – Twenty Fifteen and then one called Small Biz.
Currently Twenty Ten is the one active. Just to try it I turned on Twenty Fifteen and tried to log in….nothing different. Still a blank screen.
I can pull up my site fine…just can’t log in to WordPress.

In reply to: Can not log inI think WordPress thinks I am logged in because I have the Wordfence App on my website and it sends me an email when someone logs into my site. I receive this email even though I can’t SEE my dashboard.

In reply to: Can not log inI tried renaming all the themes located in my /content/themes files and one by one tried logging in. Nothing. Then I renamed them back to their original names, one at a time, trying to log in with each name change. Nothing.
I noticed there are a lot of people having the same issue with getting a blank screen after entering their User Name and Password. I have tried using Chrome and Safari. No luck. My other WordPress websites work fine.
Is there a backdoor (from my hosting site for example) to log in? If I can log in, I can change my theme and maybe clear the issue.
What are the next suggestions?
