*Update – The issue was connected to:

PLUGIN: SiteGround Optimizer

I turned off all of the settings, and then activated them back one at a time. At the moment, all settings seem to be back on while the slider is now working.

Maybe just an order of operations thing.

By the way “phone_number” is an Advanced Custom Field I’ve added to users… incase that matters.

Yeah I figured if I HAD to.. I could just force my color in there, but I’d rather have it work as expected and assume the colors assigned in my settings.

This still seems to be a problem. Usually if I switch to the classic editor then pivot from VISUAL to TEXT back to the VISUAL editor and then enable the Swift Page Builder again it will work.

But this is a big PAIN to deal with. I’m hoping something can be done to resolve this and wanted to make sure I was part of this thread in case a solution is posted.

This seems to be a constant issue. Getting the error message “Album ID was empty, or Facebook API returned empty result. Please double check your Facebook album URL.”

The photos will show up for a little while, but as I work on the site eventually they will be replaced with that error message.

Is there a limit on the number of API calls in a given period? Has anyone been able to eliminate this issue?

I can usually restore the photos if I re-paste the album URL in the widget and hit submit.

ahhhh… sorry I know I looked for the code that generates that dynamic id.. I just didn’t take note that it needed to be the id and not a class.. solved!

I was actually able to resolve this issue with some more trial and error.

#wppa-overlay-ic {
padding-top: 10px !important;
}

This allows me to keep the lightbox at the top of the page.

I’m using your plugin for a Facebook app and because of the height of the Facebook page, the images display way too low and will require users to scroll down to see the lightbox… If I could make the lightbox top align to the page I would be all set.

I’ve tried a few CSS solutions like adding:

img#wppa-overlay-img {
position:absolute;
top: 0px;
}

But it’s not as clean of a solution as I would like. I was hoping you might be able to suggest something better.
