Blaze is a new feature of Jetpack that allows you to promote your posts. It is not currently possible to remove those Jetpack Blaze links from the WP Admin Posts page.
It seems moderators disallowed my screenshot. Please try setting the Jetpack Widget Visibility options as follows:
Show this block
If: Page
Is: PostBased on your screenshot, the issue appears to be that you’re not seeing the homepage preview in your WordPress.com account.
This does not mean Jetpack is not connected though. Jetpack is connected to the https://www.sinapsi.org/wordpress/ site, and appears to be working correctly.
The homepage preview appears to not be working because of an issue with the site URLs. I’m seeing mixed content warnings in the browser, because some parts of the site are using https://www.sinapsi.org/wordpress/ and others are using https://www.sinapsi.org/wordpress/.
I’d recommend contacting your web host to make sure all HTTP URLs are redirected to HTTPS. You could also try using a plugin like Really Simple SSL to ensure the site is only using HTTPS URLs.
To clarify, when you say planning a post, do you mean you are scheduling the post to be published at a later date or time?
I tested Jetpack Social with scheduled posts, and did not see a reduction in available shares after scheduling the post (before the post was published).
So that we can look into this in more detail, please contact us via this contact form. Please include a link to this forum thread when you do.
Thanks!
I’ve run a new sync for the site, which completed successfully.
However, Jetpack is still not able to connect to the site due to an issue with the REST API. Can you please make sure the WordPress.com REST API is enabled on the site?
The login you have for the www.ads-software.com site is only for the www.ads-software.com site. For example, you would have logged into that www.ads-software.com account before posting this forum thread on the www.ads-software.com site.
When you created your site, you would have created what’s called a WP Admin user account. That account is stored in the database on your web host server, which Jetpack does not have access to. WordPress provides information about resetting your WP Admin user account password here.
Finally, the Jetpack plugin connects to your WordPress.com account. That WordPress.com account is different from your www.ads-software.com account and the WP Admin user account. If Secure Sign-On is enabled in your Jetpack settings, you also have the option of logging into the site with your WordPress.com account.
We can help making sure Jetpack is connected on your site. However, we do not have access to your WP Admin user account, so we are not able to help you log into that.
If you need more help using the Jetpack plugin, please post your site URL here so we can check the Jetpack connection on the site.
If you want the site URL to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.
Jetpack appears to be connected to the https://www.sinapsi.org/wordpress/ site, which you can verify here.
Are you still seeing a communication error somewhere? If so, where do you see it, and what specifically are you trying to do with Jetpack when the error appears?
Most hosts allow you to leave XML-RPC access disabled, but allow Jetpack and other plugins to access it by allowlisting IP addresses. I’d recommend asking Cloudways about that. You can find the Jetpack IP addresses here.
The WooCommerce Shop page is an archive page, so the widget will be visible there if you’ve set it to be displayed on archive pages.
Since you do not want the widget displayed on single posts, I’d recommend setting the widget visibility options like this instead:

In reply to: [Jetpack Protect] PHP 8.2 deprecated warningI have not been able to reproduce this. Where exactly are you seeing the deprecated warning on the site? What specifically are you trying to do on the site, and where, when the warning appears?
If you import a large number of posts/products, or make a lot of bulk changes to posts/products on the site, it can result in a temporary Jetpack sync issue. This is because Jetpack needs time to sync all of those changes. As you’ve seen, that issue usually resolves itself within about 12-24 hours.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] URL to dashboardHi there,
> If you select in settings for a user not to get an email when they register, how would they know where and how to access the jobs dashboard?
If you’ve chosen to disable those emails, the user will not receive an email with that information. In that case, you may want to add the information somewhere on your site instead.
One other option would be to use a plugin like WP Job Manager emails, which will allow you to customize the default email sent out. That way you could keep the emails enabled, and change the email to whatever you want it to say instead.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Remove “Have an account?” sectionHi there,
> How can I remove the “Have an account?”?
You could hide that section by adding custom CSS code to your site. We are not able to help write that custom CSS code for you, but we have a guide to help you get started making your own customizations here:
https://wpjobmanager.com/document/adding-custom-css-for-wp-job-manager/
You can also go to WP Admin > Job Listings > Settings > Job Submission, and disable “Require an account to submit listings” and “Enable account creation during submission.”
