It’s not currently possible to change an invoice number. However, this is something we’re looking into adding to the plugin.

Which screen are you referring to — Contacts, Quotes, Invoices or Transactions?

There isn’t an Outstanding column option for any of those. However, you can filter by Paid on the Invoices screen.

There are various user role plugins that allow you to add user roles or change what’s available for an existing user role.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Hi there. Your theme and/or plugins can affect if comments are displayed or not.

You can switch to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen. If comments appear, then your theme is probably causing the comments to disappear.

You can also deactivate all plugins. If comments appear, then one of your plugins is probably causing the comments to disappear.

You can reactivate each plugin one-by-one, checking if comments disappear after activating each plugin. If comments disappear after activating a specific plugin, then you know that plugin is causing the problem.
