Well not exactly. I create an invoice in jetpack crm and on those, there are no PAY NOW button. The woocommerce invoices, generated by woo, have a pay now button. I thought that syncing with woo went both ways.

In other words, as far as WooCommerce activities go, the “Last updated” field should only update users who have new changes in their WooCommerce orders.

Well I’m not sure why then, but every day, all the woocommerce customers “last updated” are showing as today’s date, despite the fact that they didn’t buy or do anything to their order.

ou’ve previously mentioned that you’re using “Last Contacted” field to determine clients without any activity for over a month. What kind of activities did you want to include besides adding a note to the Contact? Are there any CRM activities you do *not* want to include (such as WooCommerce activities)?

When I enter a “log” if it’s anything other than a call, an email, a mail or a meeting, that date does not update. If I enter a note, it doens’t change the “last contacted” field. Same if I add a facebook or a twitter…

Per your message: I do want to include the woocommerce activities, but only for certain products, not all of them.

Thoughts?

That’s an issue because it constantly resets the date everyday for woocommerce customers. I don’t want that.

I’ve followed all instructions to a tee. Doesn’t work.

Is support this slow for the pro users? Because that is one of the main reasons I’m reluctant buying it.

Ok I figured out the problem was with my translation plugin.

But now, the Buy It Now Button does not show and there is still a “add to cart” button that should not be there.

I have not / will not update the plugin for fear of losing access to this.

Well, since support sucks and I couldn’t get a response even though I have paid for the plugin, here is what I tried and worked. I deactivated the calendar plugin, I went on the time.ly website and downloaded the plugin from the site directly. Note: this is NOTE the latest version and that’s actually what I wanted. I uploaded the plugin, activated it and lo and behold, I now have access to the tabs. Hope that works for you.

incidentally, I can’t event submit an event if I’m not logged in as super administrator????? What the heck is this????
