Yep, pretty sure it was this plugin. Everything was working just fine until I installed it, and after I got rid of it everything is alright again.

Just deleting from the FTP plugin directory didn’t work, I had to delete the changes it made to my .htaccess and some other stuff. I really don’t recommend it.

I used the plugin to change my permalinks structure, and afterwards deactivated it. All the pagination/categories went back to working normally, plus the permalinks redirect (I wouldn’t now how to do that manually, but I think the plugin changed the .htaccess so even after the plugin was gone the redirect was still working). ??
