Splitting the backups did not work.

There are no existing files under this tab.

It is a mess. I have had to go back to php 7.3 and the previous version of the responsive menu. I am thinking of dropping this software altogether.

Does this error message help to resolve the problem?

Still a problem. Could it because I run with a https site?

I am running 1.5.8.10 and I have added the Visitor Maps Geolocation Addon.

The Gelocation Addon has its own directory and sits in the plugins folder. The GeoLiteCity.dat sits within the visitor-maps-geoip/ folder.

For whatever reason the GeoLiteCity.dat file does not appear to be recognised.

Thanks Mike for the response. File permission was 0664 so changed it to 0644.
