Since the last update (3.3.6) the problem is partially resolved. My builder doesn’t just work on the home page. Did you follow the recommendations of the theme builder who described your problem to me at the time ? (see top forum message of this topic) I have already contacted your support but they ask me to be able to get my hands on my site and this is not without risk and therefore unthinkable for our magazine.
Please it will be nice if you can do what they suggest in their message… Can’t you ?

Yes i tried and it doesn’t work !! I had to reinstal the 3.3.23 to make it work.. Can you please check the problem so in the next update it will be fixed ? Thanks a lot !!!

I’m preparing to a migration.
Why should i export all the data base ?
I have an other site which is already online so i can’t juste export all data base and import it because it will crash my new site.
Is there some prefix to export only ? Like “wp_ngg” ?

sorry I disabled the plug-in because all galleries on my site are affected by this problem.
The link now works with the extention but please tell me soon if possible when you’re done seen the problem because i will have to change the plug-in if a feature as obvious as this one does not work…. Hope you understand.

Thanks but it doesn’t solve my problem witch is that my Zeen theme can’t anymore load his “tipi builder”… (to edit pages)
