I’m not certain. Switching exclusively to Postmatic is one option – they have a way to easily import MailChimp subscribers into their system – but their website also references integration with MailChimp. I’d suggest inquiring about this with Postmattic support: https://gopostmatic.com/support/

Hi @tryeakle. The issue could be caused by the cron job (see this article on common reasons cron jobs fail).

If you determine that the issue doesn’t lie with the cron job, it could be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default themes such as Twenty Twenty One. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

You can do this by installing “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

I recommend that you isolate what is transitioning the orders to an in progress status. Typically issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. How we usually address this type of issue is to have you temporarily switch back to a default WordPress theme such as WordPress Twenty Twenty One or Storefront (https://www.ads-software.com/themes/storefront/) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.

Under those conditions, place a test order. If the problem does not happen under those conditions, then it is caused by a conflict.

The next step would be to re enable plugins one-by-one and make a test order each time until you find the piece of software responsible for this behavior.

Additionally, here is an old support thread where a custom php function caused the same issue you are experiencing. Might this be the cause of the issue for you?

One approach you might try is to have each square on the grid link to a project-specific page, which then has a photo gallery on it (as opposed to needing a unique grid-in-grid design). This appears to be the approach of the page you linked to.
