Yes, the menu is displayed for all users. However, unlogged users will be offered to log in. [screenshot]
To change the favicon you can in the Appearance > Customize [screenshot]> Site identity section [screenshot].
Let us know if there will be additional questions according to the LMS plugin default settings and options.

Please ensure that you are using the latest versions of the LMS plugins. To check the versions, you can refer to the changelog provided at this link: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/changelog
If the issue continues to persist, please try deactivating extra plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts with the Course Builder.

We should inform you that LMS courses are not just pages or posts. They are unique custom posts type with their own style. If you would like to import courses to the LMS plugin, you should export/import only LMS courses. Unfortunately the LMS plugin cannot accept courses from extra third-party platforms as they have their own styles and settings.
However, we are always here to improve our product with new features and options, if you think that options to import courses from Sensei LMS will be useful for most of the MasterStudy LMS plugin users, we highly recommend you leave your idea in our feature requests desk, our managers will collect and include changes in the future updates according to the popularity of requests https://stylemixthemes.cnflx.io/boards/masterstudy-lms

Additionally, I found that you are using text at the end of the formula. Unfortunately, the plugin does not accept text in a formula. You can only use numeric values.

Gently note, the Pro version of the LMS plugins comes with the Masterstudy theme only. It’s not available for purchase as a seperate plugin. Additionally, the theme can be purchased only on the ThemeForest Marketplace.
The Masterstudy LMS Pro Plus plugin is purchased seperatly.

It seems that there was misunderstanding and you have purchased the Pro Plus version. Could you please ensure that you have installed/updated both Free and Pro Plus versions of LMS plugin and activated addons Email Manager and Google Meet?
If the features Email Branding and Google meet would be unavailable for, please create a new ticket and we will investigate your case individually. Unfortunately, WordPress does not allow to consult here about the paid version of the plugins.

Can you please provide the names of the themes you have attempted to use with the Masterstudy LMS plugin? We will pass this information on to our developers for consideration.
Regarding the issue with disappearing HTML functionality, scripts, and frames, could you please specify the codes, scripts, and frames you have used? This will help us reproduce the issue.
The behavior you described is not typical for the LMS plugin. The content of the lesson should not disappear. I have tested this on our testing site by adding code and frames, and did not detect any issues.

If I understood you right, you would like to add the left profile menu to your site. You can do it by activating the option in the MS LMS > LMS Settings > Profiles section [screenshot]

Unfortunately, there are no default settings to make this change.

I should inform you that I could not reproduce the case on our local testing environment. The lessons are opening correctly without being redirected to the blog posts.
To resolve the issue, I suggest the following steps:
- ensure that you have set the option Post name in the Settings > Permalinks section [screenshot]
- check if the blog archive page has been selected in the “Settings > Reading” section. [screenshot]
- verify the course archive page that has been set in the “MS LMS > LMS Settings > Courses” section. [screenshot]
- deactivate extra plugins to check if any of them could cause the issue
As an option, I recommend you installing the Masterstudy LMS plugin without any extra plugins on a new local host to check if the issue appears again.

According to the error, it seems that the issue appeared from an incorrect configuration of the calculator settings. Could you please check if all of the Contact Form fields in the settings were filled in properly [screenshot]

Can you please verify the z-index of the chat-bot in the console panel? Typically, the z-index for the chat button is set to 999.
Furthermore, I recommend disabling any additional plugins to determine if any of them are causing interference with the chat-bot.
