However, I want to inform you that with the addon, you can only add one co-instructor. Our product team will take your suggestions into consideration.

Regarding the certificate, it is possible to mention the co-instructor by adding the Co-instructor element in the Certificate Builder. For more details, please refer to https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/lms-pro-addons/certificate-builder.

I’m sorry, but I am unable to access the link provided. I have thoroughly tested the case on our local testing environment and could not detect any issues.

Please double-check your SSL settings and consider deactivating any extra plugins you may have installed.

Please be aware that after testing the case on our local testing environment, I was unable to reproduce the reported issue. Furthermore, we have not received any similar issue reports from our other Cost Calculator Builders.

To address the problem, kindly check your system requirements using the following guidelines:

• Ensure that your PHP version is within the range of 7.4 to 8.0.
• Make sure your PHP Memory limit is set to a minimum of 256M.
• Set the Upload max file size to a minimum of 32M.
• Confirm that the Maximum Post Size is at least 32M.
• Ensure that the Maximum Execution time is set to 600.
• Verify that GZip is enabled.
• Confirm that ZipArchive is enabled.
• Check if WP Remote Get is enabled.

Additionally, I suggest deactivating extra plugins one by one to check if any of them may be causing issues with the Cost Calculator.

If the issue persists, please review your server errors log for further troubleshooting.

Unfortunately, there is no option available to use the same email template as the admin receives.

However, with the Pro version of the plugin, you will have the ability to customize the email template for customers. This includes adding your logo, changing colors, and more. I suggest an alternative solution: adding the calculator to the page as a shortcode and placing the description above or below the shortcode using a page builder, like the one shown in the screenshot.
