Also, just to rule out any other suggestions…I have all the posts as public so they should be viewable. I checked the box to show my latest posts rather than a static page. The posts show up on the archives, but not on the first page. Would it help if I posted a link to it or will I just get slammed with spam? I’m baffled and frustrated. =( Thank you for your help, though!

No ma’am! What I pasted before is all that is in there. And, no there are no Theme Options in the Appearance Menu. This is an older template I purchased (about a year ago) called Tofurious. I have it running on another one and it all works just fine with the front page.

Let me know if you can tell me where I should stick that query_posts text.

Thanks for your speedy response! This is probably the issue – I don’t see anything that looks like this in my main index template. Can you tell me where I should add that? I tried a few places, but can’t seem to get it right.
