How to I make changes to default?

I’m pretty new in wordpress.. I was trying to activate on Color Way theme. I didn’t realize there’re compatibility issues. ??

How do I get to the part phpMyAdmin part? I downloaded parent theme again and still can’t find it. Then what do I need to do?

I’m in the file manager from my host provider, HostGator. I found the theme and copy. I’m little confuse what to do after that..
