I see, yes, it’s a jetpack “blog subscribers” plugin.

I recently switched from .com to .org in WP. I am the only user. I do have Followers who are not email subscribers, and I have email subscribers. I guess this is all managed by Jetpack, since Jetpack ported this information between .com and .org. But now I realize I should make sure that’s still working!

Jetpack is a common enough plugin — it is useful to create a button for that particular plugin? WordPress subscribers as managed by Jetpack?

    Thanks!

    Thanks!

I think the issue arose because I used my FB ID instead of WordPress.

    Actually from WordPress.

I find the WP system a bit confusing. There seems to be Users, Subscribers, and Followers. On my page, I’m the only User, so it doesn’t help me to list User count. I have a Subscribe widget, and those people input their email and get email notifications when I post a blog. There’s also a Follow button, and those are people who (I think) have WP accounts, so they have a WP feed that shows the posts of the blogs they Follow. Unless they unsubscribe – one can Follow a blog without subscribing.

The Subscribe widget shows the total number of “Subscribers” to my page which is the sum of Followers and Email Subscribers. I would like to disable that sum in the widget and include it with the other counts in your SCP plugin.

So I guess I’m not actually looking for “email subscribers,” I’m looking for “Subscribers,” if that means Followers + email subscribers.
