I have 0 image converted so far, so I have an issue. I couldn’t find anything related to loopback in Site Health.

But also the main issue is when I activate the plugin all images on the site disappear with 404 errors.

Thanks Kris for proposing 2 solutions! But I can’t use them as I don’t use emails and it needs to show up after submit.

I see in the Inline Message editor, there’s a possibility to use \<code\>. Would you know if there’s a way to use some PHP to access the value of the fields from the form?

Thank you @nlemsieh. OK I’ll try to do that: I use an Redis cache in front of WordPress (not the usual cache plugins like Rocket), not sure if it’s doable.

Also on a side note, did you think about letting the user choose how to store the visitor info? We could have the option to choose to use cookie, IP or both like now. Wouldn’t that be nice to let us choose that? I’m thinking loud, you might have a clear opinion about that.

Deactivated all plugins except BaxkWPup!
The issue was even worse unfortunately: when I click on the S3 tab, it spins and I have to wait 30s to 1 mn before an almost empty page shows up (with the name of the 3 first tabs but everything else empty).
That’s what I was saying, it’s really odd such a behavior.

Yes I did flush all caches multiple times but it does not work.

So I did try to disable the cache plugin too afterwards without more success.

Is there anything except W3 Total cache that could cause this bug?

Yes I tried that already but it does not work. I use W3 Total cache. I tried to turn the cache plugin off too, but still the same.

It’s really odd because it’s like the Shop page gets hard coded with the banner. It’s the only page that does not update properly.

I tried Clear transients in WooCommerce settings, is this related?
