Yes I can contact them. I have not cleared my cache. I can try that. How I got around the problem was used Photoshop to crop out the size of the header from my background pic. So when I loaded a pic for the header it matches the background…therefore now giving the appearance of transparent. I know its not correct but it serves what I need. I will try the transparency later on tonight…time to go home and get some sleep. Thanks guys

Ok that didn’t work. The header is still black. Or whatever color its set to. I’m using a a theme. There are 2 places to change the color of this theme. Of of those 2 places lets me add a background to my header. I have removed the picture and set the color to white. I downloaded and installed the plugin and added the CSS code to the box and still nothing.

Will that override the setting I have in there?
