Thanks for your response…I will try this.
Resolved….checked the html email box on the setting/email tab.
I found old code (mine) in the theme’s function.php that was causing my issue. Thanks for your response.
I have a similar issue; trying to add SSL to my existing site; keep getting the “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” message.

In reply to: Version 3.5 – is a list of revised files available? Thanks for your response, Andrew.
This zipped file looks to be the entire download for 3.5.
I only want to update the files that have changed with version 3.5. Past WP version updates have included a page called “revised files”.
I checked the “about” page, but that only listed the changes that were made, not the file names. Maybe version 3.5 was a massive update that affected most, if not all the files, making a complete update required.

In reply to: Can’t login to admin panel after auto upgrade to 3.0 was abortedhello – I upgraded manually and received fatal error about redeclaring a function on line 38 of the class-http.php file. Tried to delete plugins via FTP (creating a plugins.hold folder), and re-loading the class-http.php and http.php files. The fatal error persists, and I can’t open admin panel.
