My issue is resolved. Even though I deleted the plugin, I had to re-create the .htaccess file because it still had the aiowp strings.
First I enabled hidden files from the settings gear in c-panel. I then downloaded the latest version of the default .htaccess file from wordpress site.
Opened the .htaccess file in c-panel file manager, then removed the info in the file, then input the default info ffrom latest version of worpress .htaccess file, and it worked. I can now access my login page.

Same here. I deleted the plugin because this has worked on previous occasions, but not this time. Locked out with that ip address redirect same as original poster.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Login page unavailableI have also an issue so I deleted the plugin from within my cpanel file manager and still cannot access my website. I just get the redirect with page not available.
What else can I do beside delete the plugin?
Also, this new version does NOT allow the re-name of the login page, so I had no choice but to utilize the other option.
Help! I cannot get into my site.
Thank you in advance for any options you can recommend.
