Thank you for your response. I perhaps shouldn’t have mentioned that plugin as it has distracted from the real issue. I was just trying to be thorough.

The problem is that the country selection widget is not working properly – the dropdown only shows one country so users can’t manually select a country.

The plugin is working if you change billing country on the checkout page, and appears to be geo-locating properly on the store pages. It is just the manual selector widget that isn’t populating all of the country options.

Do you have any ideas as to what might cause that?

Update: Don’t worry about this. They have decided that they are happy with a vanilla Google Map. Thank you again for your attention!

Thank you for your response. I have placed the map on a test page to minimize other variables: https://lux9.com/map-test/

For the record, I have tried with a default WP theme and it still didn’t work. It was working for a long time prior to this, but as I mentioned, I am not sure exactly when it stopped.

    Thanks again!

Oh, I thought you were SendGrid support. Thank you for your time.

Hello, thank you for your prompt reply. This site is on a network installation running WordPress 4.6.1 and SendGrid 1.9.5. The other plugins are listed below. The plugin does send email and the reply-to shows the correct address, but the From field (name and email) are showing the account name, not the data in the settings. It may or may not be important to note that this SendGrid account is registered via Softlayer as part of a server rental package.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what to look at here? This is still happening and is quite problematic as we approach launch.

Adding a new product with variants overwrites the pricing of all other products that also have variants. It seems to be a base product price that only shows up in the product list in the back end, not on the details page. But is shows up on the front end product page.

This only seems to happen with variants, and the correct price shows in the cart, but not on the product page. Also selecting a different size in the shop doesn’t seem to cause any functionality to fire (eg updating price). Any ideas?

Ahh, I see. That makes sense. Thank you for the response.

Oddly, I am now getting the following: [17-Jan-2015 01:34:45 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class C_Gallery_Display_Installer in [PATH]\wp-content\plugins\nextgen-gallery\products\photocrati_nextgen\modules\nextgen_gallery_display\class.gallery_display_installer.php on line 4

I am not sure what I did to trigger that, but the plugin is now no longer working on the front end

Excellent information. That is pretty much how I go about it but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t overlooking some grand design pattern.

    Thank you very much!

Sorry, I guess I wasn’t very clear. The styling is not the only difference from the category and subcategory pages, just that all categories have the same layout (but different colours) and subcategories share a layout.

The functionality present is different though. Each category will have category name, respective colour scheme and some “highlight” boxes with various features and areas of the category displayed from the db. For example every category will have a “We tried it” box and a “Top Picks” box (or whatever). The subcategory pages will be where the actual posts display.

    Does that make more sense?

    Sorry: Using 3.0.1
