Screenshot below. I note that your screenshot is during the initial set-up phase, and is different to what appears on a live account – therefore you will never see the issue. Regardless of that – my questions still remain unanswered.
Let me make this simple – why is there a statement that the EU payments are “Popular in your country”, when I am not in EU…? And, as per previous, I was informed that it is only showing EU payments due to an issue with my country settings on WC.
I am only acting on what I see on my screen, ie: “Popular in your country”; and, the advice that there is an issue with my settings.
Telling me that I *might* have customers in EU does not address either of those issues. The first issue being my original q, and the second issue being the advice I was given by ckadenge. It now really feels like those whole thing is just confusion brought about by incorrect statements on WC payments, and incorrect advice from ckadenge.
Previous advice from ckadenge was “Currently, these suggestions are based on the location set in your WooCommerce settings”, current advice from anastas10s is “consider enabling all the available ways to receive payments for the regions your customers are in”. It feels like no-one has a firm grip on the situation.
I am Oceania-based, but the payment options displayed are EU only, with WC claiming these options are “Popular in your country”. I changed my location on WC to USA, and the options remained the same. Why would I ever enable EU payment options for customers in my region?
I have come up with two possible reasons for this issue, [1] WC purposely displays the same options world-wide, despite the claim of “Popular in your country”, [2] there is a fault with the system, resulting in the same options being displayed.
Are there actually payment options for my region…?
There is a lot of info on that report that I do not wish to make public.
I have followed the instructions, and it did not work. I have changed to a 3rd country and checked the options, and it still shows EU. There is an issue somewhere.
Please advise.
I did as suggested. I changed to a different country, saved and then changed back. It still had the same EU options.
I then changed country to USA – Alabama, saved, and checked the options that are “Popular in your country”. I expected to see options relevant to USA, but, it still had the SAME EU options.
I then changed back to my country and the EU options remained.
Regardless of the country selected under WooCommerce > Settings > General, the WC Payments plugin only offers irrelevant EU payment options.
kudos to the thread starter for their composure throughout the thread. I too have similar concerns as the reference ID on my bank deposits (generated by WC) does not match anything on the WC interface.

In reply to: [TrackFree – All-In-One WooCommerce Order Tracking] How to Install?Hi, whilst I was logged in as ADMIN (I only have admin account), I installed the plug-in and activated it. I have installed, activated and setup many plug-ins in the past. The plug-in does not appear anywhere in my WP dashboard. I do not like being instructed to email you direct for support – this is the support forum for your plug-in. Due to twice being instructed to contact you away from the official forum, and the fact that the plug-in does not display, I have now deleted it.

In reply to: [TrackFree – All-In-One WooCommerce Order Tracking] How to Install?Hi, any chance of assistance with this install? The plug-in does not appear where intended – instructions to click on the plug-in do not help when the item is not there. Is it a matter of deleting and finding another plug-in that does work?

In reply to: [TrackFree – All-In-One WooCommerce Order Tracking] How to Install? Thanks for quick reply.
The plugin does not appear on the side left of my WP dashboard. I am logged in as admin. It is activated in plug-ins, but does not appear anywhere.
Suggestions?
As an update to anyone with similar issues:
This was NOT RESOLVED by the developer (clicking the “resolved” box is too easy as it is non-validated).
I deleted this SSL plug-in and installed another – no more issues.
Yes, cerber logs out after a certain time for security. This has been normal for me.
But, as per above, now after 6.** update, your plugin triggers full lockdown from cerber by imitating maximum number of logins, even with no attempts.
I just saw the cerber notice – it is not triggering any alerts or notices by wp.
Correct. This is situation:
1. BEFORE UPDATE – if i let wp sit idle, i am asked to log in after ?? minutes. I do this, and all continues well.
2. AFTER UPDATE – if i let wp sit idle, after a few minutes i get booted with error “invalid login details”, AND i get an email from my security plug-in stating “Limit on login attempts is reached” – BUT – I have not attempted to log in, your plugin is making this happen.
3. RENAME SSL FOLDER – same as #1

I disabled ALL hardening settings, and then a few minutes later WP kicked me out again as i had instantly hit the maximum number of login attempts (without even trying to log in).
So, back to the start – rename folder, wait hours for time-lock to expire.
There is a MAJOR flaw with your plug-in now.

I will email screenshots of my settings screen now.
I spoke too soon…
WP just kicked me out with “Invalid login details” again.
Now I need to repeat above – rename folder, wait for time-lock, etc…
