I tried plugin conflict tests and everything else I could think of with no luck. Ultimately I had to roll back to a previous version and it worked 100%.

Sorry to say guys but something isn’t working right on your latest version … but then I think you are probably realising that from the comments.

I thought I’d just let you know as I really like the plugin and want it to go from good to great!

So case in point this page is showing a calendar…

This plugin worked perfectly on the site before … so can’t work out why its giving so many hassles.

I am also running SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin which I thought maybe a problem. I turned this off to test but now get

sweetvalleyprimary.co.za is currently unable to handle this request.

This is really strange – The calendar displays initially but then disappears again.

So if I update the code it seems to work for a while then it’s gone.

If I make a booking on the calendar – it also disappears – but not always…

I’ve tried in posts and pages with the same result

Thanks so much for all the support. I decided to change the site email address in WordPress base settings giving the website its own email .. and that sorted out the problem without needing to add the code.

So far I have had tremendous success and we’ve booked 700-odd appointments for the 30 teachers at the school.

One thing I have noticed is that many bookings require a second email field (i.e. they want the confirmation to go to 2 email addresses. Is that possible to add easily or will it require serious coding?

One workaround I have found is to change the site’s admin email in Settings-General-Email…

That will work.

But it would be better for me to be able to set an email for your plugin.

Maybe it would be an idea to add a function to create a supervisor … who gets copied on all bookings and cancellations.

Just a quick update

Admin is also receiving emails after cancellations cancellations … and removals.

Possibly the best way to resolve this would be to help me specify a different email address for confirmations and cancellations …. for the admin …

Ahh Damn picked up a snag – now the Provider doesn’t get an email confirming the appointment. Doesn;t seem to happen with cancellation – those notifications seem to be working fine.

Whether more users require this or not – I really think it would be a relatively simple addition that would add a lot of power.

The other suggestion is adding the exceptions calendars to the Profile pages of Providers – currently they are just boxes where you manually add dates you can’t even add a range as far as I can see.
